Discussion Board for collaboration on QlikView Publisher.
We are facing an issue
"Lost connection to server..... Reconnecting" in our staging and production server, but the same file works fine in dev.
It is happening for all the files.
So we created a new file with just a text object in the front end, for that file also we are getting the same issue.
When we open the file from accesspoint, on open only it is showing this message.
What might be the reason for that?
Can some one help us?

Is this happen after the document is reloaded? Check the reload times and the disconnect times and let me know.
Are you using Accesspoint as front?
I have seen this problem when QVS can't set a cookie on the client. It just keeps trying and you get an endless loop.
Could be network issue. Have you tried Pinging the server?
Anything in the QVS / QVWS logs aounrd the time that you're getting 'Loast Connection...'?
