Need to change the server license in test server

We are having Qlikview 9 running on one production server with publisher and planned to upgrade from qlikview 9 to 11. We set up the test server with same server and publisher license for production then we realised one license can't be applied in more then one server. Now we have the separate test server license.

The problem is we don't know how to change the server licnese information with the new details in test server qlikview management console and how to remove the publisher from test server? If anyone give an idea, really appreciate it.

You do it just like you are licensing a new server.

One more question. Currently the test server is using the production server license. Do we need to uninstall that?

No, just apply the new license.
