Solved: Problem with PDF distribution - Qlik Community

For 2 days, we have a problem with a report sent bye email by PDF distributor.

we user Qlikview 10 under Windows 2008

the task is configured to send the report by email to 2 groups. the members of group didn't receive the mail.

the members of the other group have no probem.

The configuration of report didn't change for a long time

i tried to send a mail via postie to this group directly from the server, using the same MTA, and it works fine.

Doe somebdy have an idea of what heppens or where and why ti search ?

This will sound strange, but the Group has to have an email address assigned to it in Outlook.

yes, that's the case, but it seems that this address has suddenly disaapeared from outlook
