Publisher: Error The Source Document was NOT reloaded successfully

Hi all,

I have a problem with publisher. I use qlikview 11.20 SR7 and for  2 days publisher failed on reload and I receive the error: Error The Source Document was NOT reloaded successfully.

I verify the log file and there are not error.

There is no section access.

The user can wrote the file on the distribution path.

I try to reload with debug manually and it run properly. If I reload the whole document by client qlikview close the document and ask me to reload previous data. 

Can anyone help me?

Hi,

It could happen if someone forcefully close your connection from database.

You can try bu no lock statement added at the end.

Or check with your DBA.

Could you attach / paste in the log file from the reload.  I know you say there are no errors on the log but it could help.

Hi,

In that case ,there could be some syntax issue.

Can you try to reload it manually by placing exit script; After each table load and check where is the exact issue.

Did you enable document log what does it says.

Check the document log / Script log, attached will show you how to generate it. I believe something within the script is failing.

are there multiple jobs running at the same time if yes then try to set the trigger time different than other tasks and try to reload.

also you may restart the QDS distribution service.

I restart the service and ram decrease and today the task work properly.
