Publisher Issue

Hi,

I have created a report and triggered it with mail and PDF for the users where i added in Custom Directory in Directory services.

But my task schedule is always ending up with a warning. When I checked the log file it says warning comes because the mail cannot be sent. And in here the PDF file also getting generated without any issue.

Can you send a test email to an external email address?

It may be a problem with mail relaying from your SMTP server.

Internal relaying is enabled, as your test to an internal address is OK, but external relaying may be blocked.

There's something I just wanted to ask and bring to your notice. This information and warning below , when it's applying dynamic distribution to UserAndGroupName it brings back nothing. Do you want to check the UserAndGroupName?

Hi,

I tried without dynamic distribution (loop and distrbute). when it is failed only i used dynamic distribution with hope at least with dynamic distribution it will work. But unfortunately it didn't.

Hi,

Still I couldn't find a solution. Here my issue is I configured Qlikview server to https. Do I need to configure mail also to SMTPS or can I use SMTP?
