I am frequently facing the below attached error please help and advice regarding Qlikview Server.
previously (QlikView Webserver) service was working fine but after restart the pc attached error is coming ..

This looks like that the service user account does not have sufficient privileges. You'll need to look into your QlikView Web Server log files to see if there is more hints on where the issue lies.
The default location of the log files can be found under
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\QlikTech\WebServer\Log
I think you have two web server start. so qlikview web server start then stop.
desactivate the other one on you server
Actually I am new into QV Server/publisher so I dint understand the log files...
