QVP crashes while starting

Hi everyone,

Our server deployment has been functioning adequately, but when I arrived at work yesterday I found the QVP service had crashed.  Whenever I try to restart it, it crashes again during its startup sequence.  Hoping that this might be transient, I rebooted the server, but this didn't help either.

We're using QV 10.00.9061.0409.10 on x64.

This is what the QVP Root log is doing.

I note from log records of normal startup sequences that the next entry that should have been in the log file is "Information    Using port 4720".

Does anyone have any ideas about what might cause this?

Thanks,

Angus.
