Scheduled Reload not worling in publisher

Hi

my qlikview services are running under user sysadmin ,but in my qlikview file the database is accessed using different username  hence the reload is not working. if i give the sysadmin access to database i think it will work but how do i get it working without giving the user sysadmin access to database.

can you please give a solution the above problem.

Thanks in advance.

got the solution , you can override the user under which the process is running, in the section access of reload tab.

Thanks

Actually tutan the process that i have described earlier will only allow to run the job(created using publisher, before overriding even the job was failing), but the data in the dashboards does not get refreshed.

BTW for overriding the user you can open QMC. in that when you create a job in publisher the dialog appears. in that dialog there is a reload tab in that you will see a "section access" field where you can set the username and password
