how can we implement section access ,for hiding particular chart for a particular user?

The NTNAME or the USERID that my u have oin the section access has to be in a table of the section application

This table needs to have besides the NTNAME or USERID the fields that represent each available sheet

These fields will have for each user the values of either 1 or 0

Then in the properties of each sheet you put it n the conditional visibility the following expression

Max({< NTNAME={"=OSUSER()"}>}FIELD1) =1
