Tasks not flowing after upgrade and migration from QV 11.2 to 12.3

Dear experts,

We have upgraded and migrated from Qlikview 11.2 to 12.3 on new windows servers and using new shared file share. After migrating tasks from old server repository to new server and upgraded, upon starting QDS cluster, tasks only seems running on one QDS cluster nodes and no qvb.exe is seen on second node. And, qvb.exe processes seems to get hung on first QDS node too, means they are not taking new tasks unless I go to server ands kill qvb.exe

New env: Windows server 2016, with QMS, 2 nodes for QDS , QVS and QV web server , version 12.3

Could you please help ? I have go-live in a week.

The best thing would be to review the following Techspert Thursday presentation recording that covers migrating.  Little difficult to say what you may have missed here, but it would appear something did not get changed correctly to account for the share changes would be my best hunch.
