The QlikView Engine isn't responding to close command

Hi,

In Recent days i could see the following error with the tasks,

(2013-06-25 22:48:49) Error: Could not close the SourceDocument. Exception=The currently executing operation was aborted.

(2013-06-25 22:48:49) Warning: The QlikView Engine isn't responding to close command, it will be killed (Please ignore logged errors about the kill).

Any idea on this?.

There are times that the QVB can't gracefully close the document so the distribution service kills the engine. This is nothing to be worried about. This message was remove in an older release. If it is an issue for you, you could open a case on it.

a customer of mine has some similar problems, there are few instances with a warning, and I ignored this messages as suggested.

But today, we got an error, not a warning:

and the distribution was not performed, so this is something to be concerned about.

Do you have any idea?

We are having the same exact problem. Distribution is failing after the reload has completed and the QVW is saved back to disk. Does anyone know what is causing this?
