change interface language

How to add intrerface language for users who uses QV from web access point.

When I open QV on server User Preferences-->Change Interface Language there is Russian available. But when user open this from web (Menu-->User Preferences-->Change Interface Language) there is no Russian available.

What  it is connected with?

That is for Installing purpose and your Developer menu options will get changed into Russian.

this option will change the entire Interface in selected Language which will appear at the time you done the installation.

It`s strange. Because some users have this languauge in User Preferences.

Could it be connected with plug-in?

Plugin are just for viewing purpose as you can Access Qlikview Access Point through Ajax but IE Plugin will give you a same look and feel as in Development environment.
