iis_authenticate = could not open -> Server disk usage thru the roof

Hi All

I have a regular issue when users aren't able to access reports and receive the iis_authenticate error.

Looking at the Server at this time shows OK CPUs and RAM usage but the disk access is hitting 100% regularly?

Please could anyone advise why this might be and what I might do to remedy it?

Using QV 9.6 and Docs have about 5 million records.
