share session stopped working (r11 SR4)


has anyone had experience on sharing session that hangs or stopped working?

we are on 11.20.12129.0 SR4

Support told us to go down to SR3 or move up to SR5 beta but then i have to test this version first on another server to verify it works before doing it in production. This takes time. I wonder if anyone has any fix for this.
