Can you provide more details of what you are asking? Your question does not make sense.

Hello Colin,

my question is: if i finished with my application and want to deploy into access point, how can i make from my qlv-file a backend and frontend?

Thanks a lot in advance

Create a copy of your qvw and delete all objects from one copy, just Jeep the script and let it store all tables in qvd files.

The other copy simply loads those qvds and contains all front end objects.

There might also be a transformation layer in between.

hope this helps

regards

Marco

You could use a binary load.

The back-end app remains as is.

For the front-end application create a copy of the app, delete the load script and add a binary load ( load from QlikView file) from the back-end version.

Hi Marco

Thanks a lot for your feedback, i have just one questiion: what do you mean with "just Jeep the script?"

Thanks in advance

Beck

I think that should read "just keep the script".

The data load script just loads data from the source and stores the data in qvds, without any charts in the app.

The front-end app then loads the data from the qvds and displays the charts
