Cannot Convert Date string

Hi All

I have a set of data with the date field that I am converting to month, year and day

this is the format of the date 20100301

Year(INVDATE) as Year,

Month(INVDATE) as Month,

Day(INVDATE) as Day

The Month and Day fields are working correctly as required the year field is returning 56933 and 56934

I usually use this method and cannot understand why it isnt working for the year field im assuming this is the epoc date?

Try with Left,Right and Mid functions to convert

Try setting the format setting to date under the number tab on chart properties
