Don't know why my AR Table and AR Status unable to link ?

Hi All

I have add the below new table for user to input the payment status into excel so it can display on Qlik View :-

Concatenate
LOAD
autonumber( CUST_ID & '_' & 'TDS' ) as ARKey,
'TDS' as SOURCE_AR,
STATUS as [status],
COMPANY,
CUST_ID as [CUST_ID]
FROM C:\Users\Paul Yeo\Dropbox\5 QV_Final\QV_INPUT\OUTSTANDING PAYMENT TDSS.XLSX (ooxml,embedded labels, table is [TDSS]);

Table 1 shown that status = ????? can be display out. ( I notice some thing wrong , that it display 2 company name , one with status = ????? one with out.

But my major issue is table 2 unable to display status = ?????

i manage to found out my issue is I need to create a table for status , I cannot make status in AR Table.
