Chee ling, my hunch on this one is that is a server object someone cloned from CH15, so appending Server\CH15-116 may do the trick in that case, as the original objects in the document created by the developers are actually stored as Document\CH15 etc. Only thing of which I can think. You can confirm this if you have access to the QMC by going to the Documents\User Documents and the qvw in question, then look at the Server Objects for the qvw and see if you can find this chart there...
