Extraction of data into qvd takes too much of time

Hi All,

           I am extracting (loading) roughly 30 million records into qvd. To extract this data it is taking almost 6 hrs !!. Previously 2.5 - 2.8  million records used to get extracted within 1-2 hrs flat. There is no change in the schema and the script except that the records are more and the database is now moved to DMZ.

It will be of great help if I get to know how ca I improve upon the performance.
