I am facing an issue with the connection with OLEDB to MS sql server.

Have you confirmed that the user has appropriate permissions to read / select from the db?

Can you also try logging in with an administrative user-id and password??

Your current screen shots shows you are using a windows authentication......which depends on the window user profile you are on....
