I have 2 columns. Based on data in column 1, I need to do a working on column 2.
For example,
1st row has District '1' with value as 200.
I need to add another column which takes minimum of all the values against '1' and subtracts that from Value in the 1st row.
In this case, Column 3 = 200 - min (all values against 1) = 200-100 = 100

| 1 | 200 | 100 | B2-minimum of all values against 1. |
| 2 | 200 | 0 | B3-minimum of all values against 2 |
| 1 | 100 | 0 | B4-minimum of all values against 1 |
| 2 | 300 | 100 |
| 1 | 300 | 200 |
| 1 | 150 | 50 |
| 1 | 400 | 300 |
