How create Fiscal month & How to show 13 months on chart

Hi all,

I have an excel with Month ,Year, Sales.

With using those how to create the fiscal month and fiscal Year. please guide me.

please find the excel for sample data.

When am create the chart , it should show last 13 months sales including current  month when no month is selected.

if we select any months according it should show.

basically I donot have date field in my data. so with using Month,Year i need to create the fiscal month,

and one more thing my month field format is Jan,Feb,Mar,..............

I need to create the fiscal month field, andyear =2018, Month = Apr and yearmonth = 201804
