Diego, there is one possibility that may work here outside the Power Tools:
Settings.ini setting for PGO files
What this would do is create an xml file of each pgo file such that you could read the xml file into an app etc. I would not recommend leaving this running all the time, it has quite a bit of overhead associated with it as for every update to the pgo files, the associated xml files have to be updated as well, so you basically double your file IO when you activate this...
