How to deploy the license to the end user system

Hi All,

When I run application in the VB environment it is not asking the user to enter the license. But when I click on the form button in the properties of the VB environment it is asking for the license.

Same is the case when I compile in VB application and when I try to open the application in the end user system it gives the following message. There is no provision to enter he license.

Note: Here when click on the button to open the document the document gets opened without any data in it.

So let me know how the license can be deployed to the end user system so that they can open the document inside the qlikview document. And is there is no license it should for the same.
