How to make the difference between UTF8 and UTF8w/o BOM

Hello,

Actually, I try to read CSV and QV don't make the difference between them UTF8 and UTF8 w/o BOM.. And my question is how can I make it work if I want to put in UTF8 or UTF8 w/o BOM.

When I try to put my CSV with the wizard,

What I want is make the first line disappear as it suppose to do with "Lines" -> " 1 "

You will also have to select Labels = "Embedded Labels"

I have to keep none for the Labels
