Ignoring selections on Dimensions

Hi,

Ive been trying to create a bar char where can user all the Years as Dimensions.

The thing is need the dimensions to ignore the selections because the last year is all-ready selected.

I need the Year to be in the dimension because it has to Stacked with other dimension (local Delivery).

As i need all years (Distinct years i mean) to appear in the Dimension i cant use something like sum({1}year) to ignore the selections.

I will attach picture of the result i would like to get (but in this case with the Year Clean)

If you want to override selections on a specific dimension you can use something like sum({<DimA, DimB>} Amount). In this case selections in the fields DimA and DimB are ignored when calculated the sum of Amount.
