Interval for 5 minutes

Dear all,

i need to create a interval of every 5 minutes for a data with DD/MM/YY DD:HH format time.

Need to check the missing and duplicate values for the same, following is the data pattern.

Time

29/09/17 06:05

29/09/17 06:00

29/09/17 05:55

29/09/17 05:50

29/09/17 05:45

29/09/17 05:45

29/09/17 05:35

29/09/17 05:30

i am trying to figure out it with peek function but no luck.
