Issue with the date comparison for qlikview incremental load

Hi All,

We are applying an incremental load. Whenever we are trying to compare dates we are getting an error like,

ODBC error

Connector reply error: SQL##f - SqlState: S1000, ErrorCode: 1843, ErrorMsg: [Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-01843: not a valid month

I have attached the sample file for your reference.

I am not getting how to go ahead with the comparison for dates.

Please suggest.
