Load from an Crosstable formatted Excel

Hello everyone,

i need to load an excel file that is formatted this way into qlikview:

		jan	feb	mar	adjustment
Customer1	unit price	10	10	10
Customer1	budget	100
Customer1	rolling	110			50
Customer2	unit price	20	20	20
Customer2	budget		200
Customer2	rolling		250

Is the first time i try to import this kind of data. I need them to be load in a linear way like:

Customer	Month	Metric	Value
Customer1	Jan	Unit Price	10
Customer1	feb	Unit Price	10
Customer1	jan	Budget	100

Any idea's on how to achive this result?

Use the Crosstable prefix, and make sure to list the fields in the right order: First the non-months and then the months:

Crosstable (Month, Amount, 3)

Load Customer, AmountType, Adjustment, jan, feb, ... From ...
