Log file analysis

Hello,

I have a log file with that kind of information :

ID , TransactionID , Step, Name

1 , 1 ,                     START , xxx

2 , 1 ,     OPEN , xxx

3 , 1 ,     END , xxx

4 , 1 ,     CLOSE, xxxx

I would like to create a record like

TransactionId , StepDesc

1 , START/OPEN/END/CLOSE

Any idea ?
