Management Console reload problem

Hi there,

I have a problem with my script in QlikView (version 11). The idea is, the script will copy some files from remote directory and place them to the local directory (and work with them after). The problem is, when I write execute command, it works only when I try to reload manually, but once I create trigger in MC it shows it worked, but nothing gets copied. Any idea?

Hi Petr,

have you ticked this one?

Do Your service account have Access to the files? becauce when you reload from QMC you use service accout, but when you load manually you use Your account.

yes, I checked the highlighted field. I think the problem is as you mention in the account. But, when I use service account to log in to the server, I can access the files. On the other hand, the execute command works when it's pointed to local folder...

Ok Petr,

how do you address Your Remote Directory, use full path like \\servername\folder\folder\file
