Re: Need help connecting two tables

As Gysbert suggested, rename one of the fields so the tables link.

Also use the subfield() function to generate a row for each Target value in Excel_Main:

trim(SubField(Target, ';')) as Target

Rename Target_name to Target or rename Target to Target_name. Fields with the same name are used to connect tables.

Re: Need help connecting two tables

I agree it would work if Target had only a single value in it. How will it work since target has more than a single value. I need to account for the values that have more than just one value. For example, If I clicked on Event -  internal I should see a count of 7 for 'P' target. Thanks!

Re: Need help connecting two tables

Thanks Rob! the subfield() function was helpful. I think I can get what I want from there.
