Need to show top 10

Hi All,

I need to show top 10 records based on the Email Sent Date.

I have given the calculated dimension like this..

=if(Aggr(If(Rank(sum([Email Sent Date])) <= 6,sum([Email Sent Date])), Email_Market,Email_Brand,[Email Subject Line])

,[Email Subject Line])

But it is not fetching the latest(or) last 10 records.

Kindly suggest.

Can you please what is the issue with the above expression and please find the attached image how  i need to display the indicators.

For example now we are displaying top 10 records.

When you sent to excel u will get values . So first thing is (individual value-avg(10 vales))/avg of 10 vales.

For example is

10,

20,

30,

40,

50

So when u take average of 5 values is 30 so that means (10-30)/30 and this is less than 10 means indicator is in red color and if it is greater than 10 means green and if it is in between means yellow color indicator.

Pls let me know if  you need thing more.
