Not all timestamp dates recognized in Qlik Sense

I have an excel data set in which when I go to edit the data in the data manager, Qlik does recognize the column as a time stamp. But, unfortunately leaves some rows blank despite the fact that my data set does have data for it. How can I fix this? I tried formatting the date in excel, but can not change this field at all. Any suggestions how to make Qlik read all the dates?
