Open url not working with IE Plugin

Hello dear community

I cant open a link which i planted in a button with "open url". It is working just fine with AJAX but with IE Plugin I get the following

msg:"Application could not be startedhttp://google.com"

I checked the security settings but it looks fine and actually when its workin with AJAX the security setting shouldnt be the problem.

I really dont know how to get it work...

Its look very wired.

I can't reproduce your issue on iE Pulgin ?

Some more insights:

I found out that its working on the server also with the IE Plugin, but not on the clients
