Procedure to register and assign licenses document in Qlikview server

Hello

anyone have the procedure to register and assign licenses document in Qlikview server.

1. In QMC, select the sheet Documents

2. In the treeview, select the QVW you want to configure

3. In the right panel, select the sheet Document CALs

4. You must set the 'Number of CALs Allocated to this document' with the maxinum number of Doc CALs users can lease (this option makes more sense when you use it with the 'Allow Dynamic CAL assignment')

5. In the Assigned Users list, you man manually add the users. You can also delete the obsolete CALs leased.

(I'm assuming you don't have Publisher installed. When QVP is installed, the layout is a little bit different...)

as you give the user a password?

I have to wait some time for these users to access the Access Point

the problem is that, I can enter to access point with the user created, but I can´t open the document allocated

But what do you mean with 'can't open the document allocated'? Is this when you try to open a document in Access Point? Does it show any error message?

The message indicates that the user doesn't have CAL... Are you sure the user has a CAL in the QMC?
