QMC reload fails with section access

I think i've read every forum...but still getting a failed reload once i implement section access

Reload works from QVW, fails from QMC. What could i possibly be missing?

I think i solved it...

1) do you need to load the QVW while in the document first, to load the services user from section access

2) then schedule it in QMC and add the services user into the section access of the qmc reload?
