QlikView User Name Change unable to access their obejcts

Hello

One of our QlikView users recently had her username changed. Now when she clicks on Server Objects she can no loner see anything under the "My Objects" section, where she used to have things that she created. Could this be caused by the name change, and how can we get her objects back for her?

Hi!

You can hand out her objects using management console.

documents. select documents. in the right side find server. server objects. then click on preson icon. and change user.
