I would like to know what is SaaS and how it is related to qlikview and is QlikView's salesforce.com connector for its SAAS?

What is it you want to achieve?
SaaS can stand for many things but I guess you mean Software as a Service?

For this yes, the qliview salesforce connector is the right way to go. It gives you a connection into salesforce so you can extract data from SF into Qlikview.

so you mean i'll use salesforce.com connector for qlikview to be able to be a SaaS??

What exactly is it you want to do?

SaaS is software as a service which means a user can subscribe to a service over the internet.

The salesforce connector helps qlikview get a connection to the data you have in your salesforce account. In effect you could say that salesforce presents your data (in your salesforce account) as a SaaS to you through the connector.
