SalesForce.com Connector (How to.....)

hi - Can someone explain to me how to connect QV to Salesforce.com. I can't seem to figure it out.

You need to install a SalesForceDLL first.

click web files button

in that Local, Internet buttons r there and 1 textbox also there

in that text box, type http://www.example.com

How do I locate the DLL? I can't find it on the appexchange..

Just an update: I couldn't see it from the download page as I'm not a registered customer or partner..

Depending on your needs I would suggest looking at the new and free toolset for SF from Informatica. It is a data management toolset that basically allows replication of data from SF to another DB. Then you can run QV over this DB leaving the pains of hooking into SF using out of date API based connectors behind.

I ran an end to end test including setting up a SF account and Informatica account + downloads and execution, it took me half an hr. to complete.

Anybody else using this method?
