Slider or input box greater than or equal

Hi I have a straight table that I am trying to create a filter on a calculated field within it.

I want to be able to either use a slider to show me things greater than or equal to a set number or use an input box but I have no idea how to do this

the problem I have is my table works out the field by doing a count against each account number.
