Hi,

in Properties - Sort tab - select the dimensions and then check Expression flag, choose Ascending or Descending and specify in the box the formula of expression you want sort by.

For example, if your third expression is sum(amount), write sum(amount) in that box.

Let us know.

in the sort tab use the name of the field in the "expressionn" box

Thanks for reply

Is there any way to see my data always sorted by the third expression irrespective of selection of dimensions and grouping.

Thanks

You can try with Column() function.

Sorting rows in a pivot table is always tricky, because a pivot table can have different aggregation levels (eg partially collapsed rows). Take into account that a solution for a specific layout may not work when your start manipulating that layout or pivoting your table.
