Span between two date fields

Hi,

I have a table for items that have FROM dates and TO dates,

per item these FROM and TO can be overlaped and come in chains. there are several FROM and TO dates per item. 

In this case i want to establish he lenght between FOM and TOM, and se which ones that have a span longer than 30 days. So no gaps in the series of dates. and if one FROM date is equal to a previous TO date this is a chain and also needs to be counted for when it comes to number of days.

i rather this to be in the script but anything will do!

I suggest that you post a sample qvw file and some sample data containing suitable dates to allow more specific and accurate help
