how to chart

I have fields as per below

Package	StartTime	EndTime	TotalDeliveryTime	Status	Route

How can I design bar chart that shows # of bars for each Package and   "TotalDeliveryTime" it takes per hour. Only for Package that has status = Complted.

So, basically you would want to know how many packages got delivered each hour?

No, i want to chart duration (TotalDeliveryTime)  it took for each task per hour. Tricky part is i have may simultaneous package being delivered each hour so there may be more then 1 duration we need to chart per hour.

What is best way to show these kind of things. What we are trying to measure is TotalDeliveryTime for each package for each hour.
