set anaylsis with above and below functions

Need help in set analysis from

this is working fine with out any filters applied, when I apply filters,these will not get calculated.

so, I want to make set analysis irrespective of selections but I could not suceed with below:

i I guess sum is not the function to be used here I suppose.
