source file with diffenrent formats as the content of one field

I have a source file with diffenrent formats as the content of one field:

For example :     

Values:

0,5

0,705

1. 31.12.2012
2. 12.05.2013

0,4

If I want to show this table in QlikView I have to choose between the formats. Either I just can show the data as values than the dates are shown also as values or I can just show dates and the values are transformed to dates too.

I need a solution where I can show both data formats.

Hi,

Is there a field you could use to split the information in two columns? Like one for the date and another for the number? What is the requirement?

one format is date and other is the value, can i split the information in to columns using a where clause. could you mention an example.

Do you need the different values to be recognised as numbers and dates?  Can you just use Text() to give exactly what's in the source?
