why i remove the SET vFile3 = 'Q_INVC.txt'; Qlik view still can reload

Hi All

I notice that this happen few time , Some time i forget to insert the

SET vFile3 = 'Q_INVC.txt';

and i notice Qlik view still able to reload the raw data.

Can some one share with me why ?

Never notice this part, but assumption is it wont reload. Will you trace for that?

Trace $(vFile3);

If it's the same like in Qlik Sense - variables are not dissapearing - they are still in the application unless you set them to null.

I am using QV file . I dont quote understand what you try to explain to me.

Enclosed is my QVW.

Press CTRL+ALT+V in QV to see the variable. Then you can remove it manually if you don't want yo set null in the script;

Sometimes, This will happen. The composite logic may not refreshed well assumption. Can you close this file and reload it again to troubleshoot?

Thank you for your sharing . I notice this happen few time , what I don’t understand if the vFile script is missing , it does not give error , so can I said it never load the data , it just keep the old data which I load previously right ?
