Active directory not able to access the dashboard on server

Hi Guys,

Please help me out with this situation, I have a set of users who are accessing the dasboards. The NTNAME is identified by DOMAINNAME\STAFFID for e.g. ASIAPACIFIC\1234 and another set of users are with usernames e.g. ASIAPACIFIC\piyush

The one with ASIAPACIFIC\1234 are successfully able to access the dasboard on server but for another set of users like this ASIAPACIFIC\piyush cannot access the dasboard.


Not sure why this is the case. Please someone help me out here.
