May I know if there is a log for logging the activity for the Custom Directory? For example, password change, adding new users, deleting users, editing, etc...
You should enable QMS Audit log and then you will be able to follow the changes in the Custom Directory. However this setting tracks all the changes in QMC so if you have a lot of QMC Admins or you change your system a lot then you should monitor the size of the audit logs on disk.
This setting is activated in the QMS config file under C:\Program Files\QlikView\Management Service
