GetWebTicket not received

Hi.

Our Windows server was cloned to move on another DataCenter, so the existing one was copied and paste in the new infrastruce. (the existing will be erased soon).

The Server and its IP have changed.

I've configured this new name in the QMC and all seems to works fine , document are reloaded without error.

But .. The authentication was provided by an external page  and we use IIS and the method GetWebTicket.

Previoulsy it works fine.

and i can see all the calls in the IIS logs like that :

But on the new infrastructure, the call of the method since not ne received : 

2019-06-26 14:35:51 QlikviewNEWIP GET / - 80 - 162.70.14.69 - 200 0 0 0

i've also replace myserver by mynewserver in the config.xml file (in ProgramData\QlikTech\WebServer)

i don't understand the matter.

We finally succeed to get a Ticket. Our issue was on the authentication server. there were an issue with DNS 

and the query to get the WebTicket was not received on Qlikview side.
